|1 squeeze (5 drops) Fresh lemon juice|
|1 pinch Dried parsley|
|1 pinch Paprika|
|to taste, Salt|
|to taste, Freshly ground pepper|
|2 slices Whole grain sandwich bread; optional|
|1 leaf Red leaf lettuce; optional|
|3 slices Vine tomato; optional|
1. Mix eggs and mayo to combine.
2. Stir in onion, lemon, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Eat as is or make a sandwich with the tomato and lettuce.
