To make it tastier, add cinnamon to your kid’s oatmeal breakfast. One research shows that its compounds may protect the brain cells.
You should know that the protein and nutrients in eggs help kids concentrate. So, for breakfast or snack tomorrow, make them scrambled eggs for example. You can fold them into a whole-grain tortilla for a filling breakfast or late-afternoon snack.
